Our systems are equipped with a C-style coil wrapper, which features an open structure to allow through-the-eye wrapping. Depending on the size of the wrapping film, the roll can be mounted either on the rotating ring or on the side of the wrapping station.

2. Semi-Automatic Coil Wrapping Machine Ideal for medium-volume operations, our semi-automatic vertical coil wrapping machines are designed to package ring shaped metal items such as steel tape, bearings, wire coils, and aluminum strips.
2. Single Block Wire Drawing Machine We offer two models of single block wire drawing machines: the inverted bull block and dead block. Both are used to process low-carbon steel wires (Q195, Q235, 1008, 1006) and other soft, ductile metals into finer diameters.
