    Our vertical coil wrapping machines are designed for packaging wire rod coils and slit coils with inner diameters of around 350 mm and outer diameters up to 600 mm. They offer a semi-automatic process where operators handle loading and unloading, while the wrapping and coil transfer are managed automatically. Each cycle takes about 50 seconds. After wrapping, the coil cart returns to the loading position for manual removal. These semi-automatic wrapping systems can be adapted to different coil sizes and are commonly used in wire and strip coil for efficient, consistent packaging that simplifies storage and transportation.

    How It Works
    • The operator loads the coil manually using an AGV, forklift, or overhead crane
    • The coil wrapper adjusts its height automatically based on the size of the coil
    • The coil cart moves the product to the wrapping station, where packaging material such as woven tape, PE film, or kraft paper can be applied
    • After wrapping, the cart returns to the loading position automatically
    • The wrapped coil is then manually unloaded by the operator
